Join our team at Condo Shield! We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of one of showcase properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Work independently and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

Skill Requirements:

• Must be reliable and responsive.
• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time well.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tools are preferred.
• Must pass drug test and background check prior to hire.

Experience:

• Carpentry: 3-5 years minimum
• Drywall: 3-5 years minimum
• Plumbing: 3-5 years minimum

Monday thru Friday 7am-4pm; Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Handyman: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Kent, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
